Workplace Champions

Once you’ve signed up for WorkHealth checks, your next step is to make sure that as many of your workers as possible benefit from the program. We’re here to help you encourage your workers to put their names down for a check.

Start with the Champion’s checklist. This provides lots of suggestions for the types of things you could do to promote the program in your workplace.

There are plenty of tools and templates available to help you too. All hard copy tools, such as posters, are only available through your service provider, so you’ll need to talk to them. All of the electronic templates are available below.

• Champion’s checklist (print on A3 paper and fold in three)
• PowerPoint presentation template (use this at your staff meeting)
• Email template for your CEO to send to management team
• Email template for your managers to send to their teams
• Article template for newsletter/Intranet
• FAQs for workplace champions (to help them answer questions from staff)
