WorkHealth check Service providers

WorkHealth check service providers are dedicated to delivering WorkHealth checks in specific geographical regions. This means convenient access to a provider who will service all of your workplaces, no matter how big or small.

You can choose a WorkHealth check service provider from the providers who are approved to service the areas in which your worksites are located. Alternatively, WorkSafe will automatically allocate a service provider from your region.

If you would like to nominate a Service Provider, please include the identification code supplied in the 'Service Provider" box on the application form.
