The interactive, online survey helps you to assess the health of your workplace provides suggestions on how to make improvements.
What does the Healthy Workplace Check cover?
The Healthy Workplace Check asks questions about 6 major health areas:
- Workplace activities
- Healthy eating
- Physical activity
- Alcohol consumption
- Tobacco use
- Wellbeing
By answering each question you’ll get a score. Your end score tells you how supportive your workplace is in encouraging workers to adopt healthier behaviours.
You’ll then get a tailored list of suggestions to help you make changes for the better in your workplace.
There’s also the option to download an action plan for you to write down the key steps you’ll take in building your workplace health promotion program.
It’s also a great opportunity to get workers involved.
