Apply for a workplace grant

To be eligible for a workplace grant, you need to have already offered health checks to the majority of your workers over the last two years.

If not, you can apply to provide health checks to your workers now

To apply for a workplace grant:

• Read the grants guidelines and the standard terms and conditions provided in the funding agreement prior to submitting your application.
• Make sure that all the information provided is accurate. If you do not provide all of the required information, your application may not be accepted or processed.
• Complete the declaration section of the application form.
