Applying for WorkHealth checks is simpler than ever 

For delivery of WorkHealth checks from 1 November 2011 you will need to provide the following information:

WorkHealth Checks are absolutely FREE for all Victorian businesses, large or small.

This means no upfront payments and no need to seek reimbursement from WorkSafe.
